How long does a construction project usually take?

The duration depends on the scope and requirements. A single-family home typically takes about 8–12 months from planning to completion. Renovations can range from a few weeks to several months, depending on complexity.

Can you assist with finding a plot of land?

Yes, we’re happy to support you in finding the right plot and have a strong network in the region. We consider location, building potential, and your individual preferences.

How much does it cost to build a house on the Costa Blanca?

Costs vary greatly depending on location, size, features, and construction method. After an initial consultation and needs assessment, we’ll provide a tailored offer – transparent and aligned with your wishes.

Do you offer barrier-free (accessible) solutions?

Which regions do you operate in?

Our focus is on the northern Costa Blanca, particularly around Pego, Dénia, and the surrounding areas.

Can I work with you from abroad?

Yes, many of our clients do not live in Spain full-time. We reliably coordinate all steps – even remotely – and keep you informed through photos, video updates, and personal check-ins.

Do you also handle the application for building permits?

Of course – we take care of all necessary permits, coordination with authorities, and compliance with local regulations. This allows you to focus entirely on your ideas.

How early should I start my construction project with you?

What happens during the first consultation?

In a non-binding initial meeting, we clarify your wishes, goals, and time frame. It’s a chance to get to know each other and discuss the next possible steps – either digitally or in person on site.

What documents do I need for a construction project?
