Founded out of a passion for real estate and the desire to offer our clients tailored solutions, Immobilien Service Kryzon has stood for quality, trustworthiness, and customer proximity for 26 years. Our roots lie in the fusion of two cultures—German expertise and Spanish lifestyle—which makes us a reliable partner on the northern Costa Blanca. Today, we accompany our clients from the initial idea to the final handover of keys and beyond.
After completing my training as an industrial clerk, I began my professional career as a commercial employee, later in a managerial position. A part-time study in business administration at the VWA in Tübingen complemented my commercial knowledge.
Early on, I came into contact with construction projects both professionally and privately—my “calling” was awakened. This great enthusiasm for construction truly began in 1989 with the purchase and renovation of an old farmhouse from 1726, for whose facade design I received an award from the city of Weil der Stadt. Since 1997, I have been involved in the renovation and remodeling of existing properties, as well as in the planning and realization of new construction projects in Spain.
With Sascha’s entry into the company after completing relevant training, we aim to sustainably continue this continuity. Due to Sascha’s education, the service package of Immobilien Service Kryzon is expanded to include complete interior decoration and furnishing; we will also be active in the field of real estate brokerage for our clients in the future. Trusted cooperation partners are available for this purpose.
When I was just a few weeks old, my parents acquired a house in Spain. I grew up here and also attended school. Learning the Spanish language was therefore no problem. I completed my schooling in Germany and subsequently began my training as an interior decorator, which I completed with distinction as an award winner. Afterwards, I expanded my commercial knowledge and completed training as a certified real estate agent (IHK). Since the end of 2022, I have been back in my old homeland and working in my father’s company.
We believe that every real estate project tells a personal story. Our goal is to realize individual living dreams—be it in new construction, renovation, or remodeling of existing properties. With comprehensive service that goes far beyond the mere purchase of real estate, we aim to enrich and sustainably shape the lives of our clients.
